1. Return Rights
At Fyxmyphep, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our aromatherapy products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return shipment, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- The candle must not have been lit or used.
- The original labels and tags must still be attached.
- You must include the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
3. Return Procedure
Follow these steps to return your product:
- 1 Contact us via email (info@fyxmyphep.world) or phone (+12818970420) to announce your return shipment.
- 2 Fill out the return form that was delivered with your order. If you no longer have this form, you can request a new form.
- 3 Carefully package the item in the original packaging.

Note: Shipping costs for return shipments are at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This usually happens within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
The refund includes:
- The purchase price of the product.
- The original shipping costs are only refunded if the product was defective or if we made an error.
5. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. Send us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
6. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been specially made to order for you.
- Gift vouchers.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.
- Products with discounts or offers that are specifically marked as non-returnable.
